Bridal Styled-Shoot | Grand Rapids, MI

Hello everyone!

Last week I had the incredible pleasure of working with some pretty amazing women to bring this stunning boho-bridal shoot to life!

Ali Nicole Bridal may be new to the scene, but it's definitely not one to be overlooked! Ali Nicole is nestled in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, and the atmosphere/dresses are absolutely stunning!

With plenty of natural light, open space, and an all-white setting, it made the perfect location for this bridal shoot!

Rachel (Rachel Gabrielse Photography) had asked me to do makeup for the bride-to-be, and it was impossible to pass up! Rachel is the creative-genius and photographer behind this entire shoot. Her impeccable attention to detail, and eye for perfection is displayed effortlessly throughout her photos.

Posh Petals did a phenomenal job creating the floral arrangements for this shoot!

Rachel Jewell of Posh Bungalow Designs was the incredible stylist behind this shoot, and did such an amazing job! How could you not swoon over this table setting? I mean, come on! #GOALS

For Jenny's makeup, I decided to stick closely to the color scheme and created this bold, burgundy eye look for her. The contrast of warm tones against the green foliage was to die for!

I wanted to keep everything else fairly neutral to keep up that boho, not-too-overdone kind of look. This girl a natural beauty, so dolling her up for this shoot was a piece of cake!

(still daydreaming about that slice, obvi...)

Although I may not be getting hitched anytime soon, when I do, I certainly know where my first stop will be while dress shopping! No lie, I think I fell in love with every dress in the store!! Each one has so much character, and such intricate detail. If you're like me and obsessed with all things lace, sparkly, and vintage... let me tell you, this is the place to find it! Each gown is flawless in it's own unique way, and so different from your average down-the-isle attire.

I mean hello, look at this dress! Can you say obsessed?

My bff /glam-squad partner, Elle Burman (@hairstyleglamourbyelle) and I have done several weddings together in the past, so I was so excited to be doing this shoot with her as well!

Elle (pronounced Ellie) is an incredible hairstylist located at Hair Xtroardinare in Hudsonville, MI. If you live in the area, I highly recommend her to help achieve your #hairgoals!

Jenny and her fiance Ben, who will be married this September, looked stunning together. I can't get over that plum suit! (Plus it goes so well with her eye makeup, am I right!?)
