Loving Tan Bronze Shimmer Cream: Product Review!

After hearing about the launch of Loving Tan's new "Bronze Shimmer Luminous Cream" you all know I was quick to try it out.

I have been using their bronzing mousse for the past year now, and it is easily my favorite self tanner by far. It has the perfect olive-base for that gorgeous kissed-by-the-sun glow.

I decided to give the new Shimmer Cream a whirl for the first time yesterday. I have to say, the color payoff is amazing, and it smells so good!!! It was easy to apply, wasn't streaky at all, and left my skin looking and feeling radiant.

The only downside of this product, is that it is extremely temporary. If you think it might rain that day, DON'T use this product. It comes off very easily with water, which is a little bit of a bummer for me. So if you're looking for a one-day only tan, you will love this! If you're looking for something with a little more staying power, then I definitely recommend using their mousses instead.

Overall, I really do like this product, I just wish it was a little bit more water resistant. That way, you don't have to panic about your tan melting off if it starts sprinkling outside!

I also recommend using a tanning mitt when applying. It says to apply it using your palms and wash your hands afterward with warm water, but this just caused me to have a very defined tan line on my wrists, leaving my hands looking starch white.

So if you're looking for a product that will bronze, illuminate, and hydrate your skin, then this is the perfect product for you! Just remember, this is a temporary self-tanner and will wash off in the shower. :)
